For Clff

One thing I would like to let people know is that although I have a blog I don't spend all my time blogging. And there is not much information on Bipolar disorder. Although Adam does desperately need a job. And I am here to tell you the Job market sucks for most people. But mentally ill ones it is worse. If you are the one who does the hiring think about it first. Adam is a hard working person and is honest with people and cant get a job.

  1. I have lived with the prejudgest that come with being Bi-polar and or even worse.companies will hire someone with downs sysdrome but will not not care to have an employee that has physical problems and or other mental issues.

  2. has he tried volunteer work, maybe the local YMCA? they hire people with disabilities, i never thought that being bi-polar was something that needed to be put on a resume, it is private and not the jobs business. maybe you could look up the equal opportunity employers bill of right and see exactly what Adams rights are as far as filing a grievance or just arm him and you with some knowledge to stand up for yourselves better. Then if someone makes a lame excuse as to why they didn't hire, you would be ready with a response.
